Temporary exhibition Programme to summer 2011
Due to the redevelopment of the Museums’ East Wing, there will be no temporary exhibitions in the Bentlif II Art gallery until the gallery re-opens with an exhibition of historical local photographs in the summer of 2011.

Darwin’s Discoveries: A Snapshot of Natural Selection

A mini exhibition in our River Safari Gallery that celebrates the 200th anniversary of Charles Darwin’s birth, the exhibition explores three of his theories on evolution, featuring a 1st edition book on Darwin’s barnacle discoveries, and objects for the museums collection.
